Review of the school-based Computer and Technology curriculum by the Curriculum Development Institute
On 13/1/2015, government officials from the Curriculum Development Institute (CDI) paid a visit to our school, conducted a thorough review of the planning, implementation and learning assessments of our school-based Computer and Technology (C & T) subject and professional dialogues with our subject teachers. Based on the feedback received, the officials were impressed by our junior C & T curriculum and have positive comments.
(Note: Our school cooperates with the Arts and Technology Education Centre and offers junior technology courses for our students, which focuses on both classroom learning and hands-on training on various domains such as information technology, design and technology, technology in everyday life, commercial systems and others (project learning / information technology assessment). The curriculum(see page 7) is progressive and systematic in nature. )
