We are the Champions in the 71st Speech Festival!
Over the years, Hipwoers who participated in the event benefited in terms of building their interest and raise their English and Chinese standard in speech, drama, poetry and prose. In addition to that, we have seen their confidence level and sense of achievement gradually enhanced. With this tradition built over the years, this year, Kimberley won a double champion in two different categories while there were 11 other champions as well in different categories too.
