Arrangement of Report Card collection and registration (released on 23-7-2020)

Dear parents and students,

Please note the latest arrangement of Report Card collection and registration:

(A) Important online documents download

1. Students may download the following items via the link below

• Report Card
• Class allocation 2020/21
• Elective subject arrangement (for S.3 students only)
• Booklist and individual order form

2. Link and login

    Login ID: your student number, dhwXXXXX
    Password: enter your ID Card's letter and the first 3 digits, e.g. for the ID card number as A123456(7), the password should be A123

The hardcopy of the Report Cards will be distributed after the Education Bureau issues further guidelines; details will be given out in due course.

(C) Registration

1. Ordinary cases

• To safeguard students’ health, registration will not be done at school.
• Unless parents submit withdrawal letters, students will be promoted, and a place will be reserved for the next school year.
• Miscellaneous fee will be collected when school resumes.

2. Repeat cases

• Class teachers will contact the parents of students concerned.
• Registration will be done after the parents’ interview.

3. Special cases

• Class teachers will contact the parents of students concerned.
• Follow-up will be handled after the parents’ interview.

(D) Textbook order

1. If any students wish to order textbooks through the school, they may place an order by using one of the following methods.

• Online
  • visit the website by using the QR code printed on the order form
  • input the order online on or before August 03
• Hardcopy
  • download the order form from the school website and print that on their own or collect the order form from the General Office during office hours
  • submit the completed form to school on or before August 03

2. Payment

Students should record the order number, then settle the payment by using one of the following methods

• pay at any 7-11 store, keep the receipt and bring that to school on the textbook collection day; or
• pay cash on the textbook collection day

3. Textbook collection

The tentative textbook collection day is August 12
