The New School Opening Ceremony revealed the close relationship between language learning and an inclusive campus

The 1st of September marked our new school year of 2015/16. Mr. Jacky Li and Mr. Ullah Rizwan shared their thoughts, under the theme of ‘inclusive campus with harmony’. Both teachers shared their own past learning experience and pointed out that language is one of the most important media of communication. In order to communicate effectively, students from different cultural backgrounds must master both English and Chinese languages. Mr. Rizwan quoted Bruce Li’s motto, ‘Using no way as a way, having no limitation as limitation’ to encourage students to fully utilize the advantage of the unique multicultural context, by overcoming fear, applying the language in daily life, so as to break through the language barrier.
