Congratulations to Dr. Ullah Rizwan – the awardee of the Chief Executive’s Commendation of Community Service

Dr. Ullah Rizwan is one of our English teachers and alumni. He was a Hong Kong-born Pakistani and committed himself deeply in community services, especially providing support for students of ethnic minorities in Hong Kong. As a result, Dr. Riz was presented the Chief Executive’s Commendation of Community Service as a recognition of his tremendous contribution. We all feel proud of Dr. Riz and we congratulate him for his achievement.
