Fruitful Experience for Hip Wo Staff Interflow

From 29/10 to 31/10, a total of 106 staff went to the city of Foshan in Canton for a 3-day staff interflow. Apart from visiting Xu Hai Middle School, we also paid visits to Dali YanBu No.3 Middle School. The theme of the interflow was ‘lesson preparation, observation and evaluation’ as well as ‘classroom management’. Activities included co-lesson preparation, observation of classroom learning and teaching, lesson evaluation, seminars on classroom management, etc. Teachers of the three schools gained tremendously through professional exchanges.
