Students’ Performance excelled in Multicultural Dream Pursuit Project

In the academic year of 2015/16, Education Bureau and Caritas Youth & Community Service organized a one-year Multicultural Dream Pursuit Project for 704 Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) students from 31 secondary schools to connect their aspiration and pathway with their studying at school in Hong Kong. Of those participants, 15 of our students were awarded Outstanding Student Award, 7 Gold; 6 Silver; 3 Bronze, to recognize their excellence achievement in the project. This project provided our students with career visits and job shadowing exercises which echoes with our school work on developing multiple pathways for our students. We sincerely believe that the skills, knowledge and values and attitudes that our students cumulated over the period will definitely make them more informed, motivated and decisive about their future pathways.
