Exploring Multiple Pathways beyond Hong Kong’s border
As one saying goes “There’s no education quite like the lessons of travel”, between 10th and 12th May, a group of 50 students of S5 embarked on an Articulation Pathway searching journey in Taiwan to broaden their horizon. The aim of the trip was to allow students to have a simulated university learning experience in Ming Chuan University and deepen their understanding of the educational services in Taiwan. Students were not only able to be a freshman for two days, being a tourist in their environmental bubble but also discover the unique Chinese culture in Taiwan. In addition, we had the opportunity to listen to our alumni who are in Ming Chuan and learn more about their learning journey. We were clearly impressed with the independence, clear career goals and the hunger of learning our alumni.
It was noted from students’ verbatim, they found the trip very practical and this trip help created them with an alternative articulation pathway in addition to Hong Kong.
