Recently, if you accidentally bumped into the school hall, you would have thought you were in the Academy of Performing Arts watching drama shows. In fact, the scene you have seen were actually part of our S4 English Drama Show and the quality of the performance was up-to-par. The atmosphere in the school hall showed that students worked tirelessly and showed unbending commitment in delivering the best show.

A prince is turned to a beast when he rejects a witch's desire. One day, two dwarfs accidentally saved him by sending him a bag. Finally, when the prince shows his care about a girl, tears from the girl turn him back to a prince.

The Time Traveller

A famous scientist, Albert Einstein, accidentally ends up at a high school in the future through some fault in his time machine. He meets some high school students there while hiding his true identity. For one student, Eliot, Einstein looks strangely familiar and he becomes suspicious of his identity. After a fight at lunch in the cafeteria with the bullies, Einstein confesses his true identity and needs everyone’s help to reassemble the time machine get back to the past. However, Eliot has a secret too that needs to be told. What is it? Will Einstein ever make it back?

Lamb to the Slaughter

This play revolves around a story of two childhood friends and business partners. When one of them decide to cut off all ties and work independently, the other kills him out of rage. The friend now has to think of multiple ways to get away with the murder. Does he succeed?

Beauty and the Beast

The story is about a girl named Belle who lives in a crowded and noisy city where people are always busy with meaningless things. Belle wishes to live a life with aspirations and adventures instead of being someone's wife.

The play is a modern take on two classics, Cinderella and Beauty in the Beast. Unlike both of the originals, the play has a surprising but refreshing ending. The saying, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" has never been truer.
